The 10 1/4 open frypan fits between the 10 inch and the 11 inch open frypans. It provides some additional flexibility over the 10 inch due to its slightly larger cooking surface. The pan features a patented diamond reinforced non stick cooking surface using real diamond crystals in a nano composite. This new non stick cooking surface makes for unequal food release and easy effortless cleanup plus, will not peel, crack or blister. This pan also comes with a tempered glass lid, which has a venting feature included.
